A brother and sister sit at a kitchen table the night before a flight neither of them wants to take.

Synopsis

They speak softly so the third room will not hear them. A teapot cools between them. Outside, a city they did not choose continues without their permission.

The film is one room, one night, two people, and a doorway that is never closed and never crossed.
